One of the primary reasons for advocating **work-life balance** is the improvement in **mental and physical health** it brings. Employees who can balance their work and personal lives tend to experience lower **stress** levels, better **mental health**, and greater overall **well-being**. For example, **flexible working hours** and the ability to work from home can reduce the **stress** associated with long **commutes** and allow more time for family and personal pursuits. This can lead to a happier, more fulfilled workforce, which in turn can increase productivity and **job satisfaction**.

Additionally, a focus on **work-life balance** can enhance **creativity** and **innovation**. When individuals are not **overburdened** with work, they have the mental space to think **creatively** and come up with innovative solutions.
