This **portability** allows readers to carry an extensive library wherever they go, making it easy to read anytime and anywhere. Additionally, **e-books** often come with adjustable font sizes, built-in dictionaries, and search functions, **enhancing** the reading experience for people of all ages and abilities.

Another significant benefit of **e-books** is their **cost-effectiveness** and **environmental impact**. **E-books** are generally cheaper than **printed books** because they do not require physical materials or printing processes. Furthermore, they contribute to **environmental conservation** by reducing the need for paper, ink, and transportation, which are associated with the production and distribution of **printed books**. However, despite these advantages, **printed books** still possess unique qualities that many readers cherish. For some, these elements are **integral** to the reading experience, creating a sense of connection with the text that digital screens fail to provide.

This makes **printed books** more reliable in certain situations, such as reading in remote areas without access to electricity.
