Receptionist: Good morning, Greenfield Sports Centre. How can I help you?
Sam: Hello. I'd like to join a swimming class for beginners, please.
Receptionist: Of course. Can I have your name, please?
Sam: Yes. My first name is Sam, and my surname is Teller.
Receptionist: How do you spell your surname?
Sam: T-E-L-L-E-R. Teller.
Receptionist: Thank you. And how old are you, Mr Teller?
Sam: I'm thirty-two.
Receptionist: OK. We have a beginners' class on Tuesday evening and on Saturday morning. Which one is better for you?
Sam: I work late on Tuesdays, so Saturday, please.
Receptionist: No problem. The Saturday class starts at nine o'clock and finishes at ten.
Sam: Great. How many people are there in the class?
Receptionist: Last year we had twelve, but now there are only eight people in each class. So the teacher can help everyone.
Sam: That's good. And how much is it?
Receptionist: It's forty dollars a month.
Sam: OK. What do I need to bring?
Receptionist: Please bring a towel and some goggles. We sell goggles here too.
Sam: Can I park my car at the centre?
Receptionist: Sorry, there's no car park here. But the number fifteen bus stops in front of the building.
Sam: OK, I'll take the bus then.
Receptionist: Good. Just one more question. How did you hear about us?
Sam: My neighbour told me. She swims here every week.
Receptionist: Lovely. See you on Saturday, Mr Teller!
