The table gives information about how workers in a city travelled to their workplace in three different years: 2000, 2010 and 2020.
Overall, the car was the most popular way of travelling in all three years, but its share went down. In contrast, more people chose to go to work by train and by bicycle.
In 2000, more than half of the workers (52%) drove to work. This figure decreased to 48% in 2010 and then fell to 39% in 2020. The bus was the second most common choice, but the percentage of bus users also dropped slightly, from 21% to 18% over the period.
On the other hand, the train became more popular. Only 10% of people took the train in 2000, but this rose to 17% in 2020. The biggest change was in cycling. Cycling rose from just 5% to 14%, which is nearly three times higher. Walking stayed almost the same, at around 11–12% in all three years.
In summary, although the car was still the main way to travel, it became less common, while the train and the bicycle grew in popularity.
Từ vựng xu hướng: decreased, fell, dropped slightly, rose, nearly tripled, stayed almost the same. Lỗi hay gặp: viết “the percentage of car” (đúng: the percentage of people who drove), thiếu tổng quan, dùng thì hiện tại cho số liệu quá khứ.

These days, a lot of teenagers and young adults dream of becoming famous on social media, especially on video-sharing apps. In this essay, I will explain the reasons for this trend and why I think it is a mostly negative development.
There are several reasons why young people want to be famous online. The first reason is money. Young people often see stories about influencers who earn a lot of money by making short videos or advertising products, and they think it is an easy job. Another reason is that it is very easy to start. Anyone with a smartphone can create an account and post videos without any special training. Finally, many young people want attention, so getting many likes and followers makes them feel happy and confident.
However, in my opinion, this trend has more disadvantages than advantages. Firstly, only a very small number of people actually become famous and rich. Most young people spend many hours making videos but they get very few views, so they may feel disappointed and lose confidence. Secondly, some young people spend too much time on social media and do not focus on their studies. For example, a student who spends four hours a day filming videos will have less time for homework and may get bad results at school.
Of course, there are some positive points. Social media can help young people to be creative and to learn skills like video editing. But I believe these benefits are smaller than the problems.
In conclusion, young people want to be famous on social media because of money, easy access and the wish for attention. I think this is generally a negative development, so parents and schools should help young people to use social media in a balanced way.
Dành khoảng 40 phút. Đề hai câu hỏi (two-part question) — phải trả lời CẢ HAI: lý do (Why) và tích cực hay tiêu cực. Dàn ý 5 đoạn: mở bài (nêu sẽ trả lời 2 câu + quan điểm) → thân bài 1: 2–3 lý do (tiền, dễ bắt đầu, muốn được chú ý) → thân bài 2: vì sao tiêu cực, có ví dụ cụ thể → đoạn ngắn nhượng bộ (mặt tích cực) → kết bài nhắc lại cả hai ý. Từ vựng: influencer, followers, gain attention, earn money, negative comments, in a balanced way. Lỗi hay gặp: chỉ trả lời một câu hỏi, lặp từ “famous” quá nhiều (thay bằng well-known, popular), thiếu ví dụ hỗ trợ.
