Thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you feel stressed about your exams. I think you should make a study plan, so you can study a little every day. You shouldn't use your phone in bed, because the screen keeps you awake. Try to read a book instead.

Why don't we go cycling in the park on Saturday morning? Some exercise will help you relax, and we can have lunch together after that.

The gadget I use every day is my laptop. My parents gave it to me two years ago, when I started university. I use it for many things. In the morning, I check my emails and read the news. At university, I write my assignments and join online lessons. In the evening, I sometimes watch films or call my friends. My laptop is lighter than my old computer, so I can carry it everywhere. It is also much faster. If I didn't have my laptop, I would have to go to the library every day to do my homework, and my life would be more difficult. For me, it is the most useful thing I have.
